Nov. 22 Playday
Westlake will play games at 9:00 and 9:45 Saturday morning.
Alumni Game
Get ready for the First Annual Bob Clark Boys and Girls Lacrosse Alumni Game on Saturday, Nov. 29.
Girls will play at 11 am, the boys at 12:30, and a tailgate will follow.
Early Dismissal
Due to daylight savings time, practice will now end at 6:15.
Middle School Girls Lacrosse League
Girls in grades 5-8 register here for the fall 2008 and spring 2009 seasons.
Experienced and new players alike are welcome!

2008-2009 Westlake Girl's Lacrosse Information (11 pages)

To register for girls' lacrosse, please complete all the required forms below.Please understand that we cannot accept your registration unless each and every required form is completed.

  1. Checklist, Registration Form, Informed Consent, Refund Policy (5 pages)
  2. PE Waiver Request (1 page)
  3. Eanes Athletic Extracurricular Code of Conduct (2 pages)
  4. 2007 TGHSLL Code of Conduct (1 page)
  5. Eanes 2008-2009 Preparticipation Physical Form (2 pages - to be signed by physician)
    Note: To register for any sport at Westlake, you need this form completed and signed. To be valid this school year, it must be dated after April 30, 2008.
    (Yes, it MUST be this form. Yes, it MUST have been done after April 30, 2008. No, you can't register or practice without this form. No substitutes, no exceptions, no kidding!)
    Can't get in to see your regular doc? Last year, several girls went to Bee Caves Medical Walk-In Clinic. It is open 7 days a week and they'll do the Westlake H.S. physical for a flat fee of $48 or so.
