Want to be a referee for lacrosse?

The Central Texas Women’s Lacrosse Officials Organization needs new referees! High school girls are allowed to referee middle school games, and anyone out of high school can ref high school and possibly college games with the proper training. It’s a great way to earn a few dollars, and it will make the season run a lot smoother if we have plenty of refs. Dani Peebles, Referee Recruiter, can answer your questions about this. PARENT VOLUNTEERING FOR 2007-08 – WE NEED YOU!

Parent volunteers are the backbone of our organization. Simply put, Westlake High School does not offer women's lacrosse; Westlake parent volunteers do. Our nonprofit Club organization employs our excellent head coach, sets policy, rents WHS field #3, lines the field, buys uniforms and equipment, etc. And we need your help to continue to offer a strong program for our girls! Specifically, we are asking each family to choose at least 3-4 different volunteer jobs, from among the 4 categories below.

Download "It Takes A Village" overview of volunteer opportunities.

    1. Before Oct 20: finding underwriters for food and drinks, procuring car wash supplies, collecting and tracking tickets and money
