Weather and PE Credit
Unfortunately, we have had A LOT of weather related cancellations this year. As a result we are going to need to be very focused on getting enough practice and game hours for Westlake High School PE credit.

Please make sure you are coming to each scheduled practice and game so you can get the proper credit.

Sponsorships
We need family and business sponsorships. Our club receives no Eanes ISD funding and we rely 100% on monies raised to run the organization.

Practice Schedule

Practices are at Westlake High School Field #3.

We practice after school on Monday - Thursday, except when we have a scheduled game or there is a conflict with the field. We will do our best to keep everyone informed. If you do not know if you have practice on a certain day, ask your coach.

Attendance for practice and games is tracked by a coach and reported for Westlake PE credit. You need to get 90 hours of Lacrosse game/practice time to earn the 1/2 PE credit per year. A report for each girl's current credit hour will be sent to parents periodically throughout the year. It is the responsibility of the player and/or parent to ensure the required number of hours are earned. The club or coaches are only responsible for tracking and reporting the hours to the school.

Rain-out Policy

If the weather is so bad that school is canceled for the day, we will not have lacrosse practice. Otherwise, Coach will decide if practice is on or not; the decision will be made sometime in the afternoon and communicated to the girls via text and the parents via email.
